He is the Vice President of Arcplus Group and Chief Architect, Vice President of the China Architectural Society of Architects, Director of the Architectural Design and Protection Committee and Science and Technology Committee of Shanghai Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee. He served as the Deputy Chief Planner and Chief Architect of Shanghai EXPO.

He designed projects such as the Shanghai Songjiang University City Planning and the Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai Expo Park in 2010 etc., and participated in the planning, design and construction of the Expo Center and the main exhibition hall of the Expo organizers. Just a short time ago, he chaired the design competition of the Zhangjiang Science Hall and the Chongli Winter Olympic Games Convention and Exhibition complex.
